(Global News) — Premier Horgan once again caused a stir from the NPF and other police unions when he suggested, off the cuff, that any businesses experiencing issues with unruly patrons not wishing to show proof of vaccination should simply call the police.
Pacific Director Rob Farrer spoke with Global News about the sheer impracticality of that ask, given that our Members are already called upon to do more with less, especially against the competing demands – often a long way away form their regular work and their families – from injunction enforcement at Fairy Creek and support to individuals and families fleeing from forest fires.
