  1. I am very happy with the Treasury Boards decision on our pay package for 2015/2016. I am happy because the package has finally motivated the members to get involved in what is fair compensation for our hard work across the country. The TB made a mistake in not accepting our 2015 pay package submission which was only asking for 9.6% until 2020. They had a very minimal pay package in front of them and it would have taken them to 2020 but they opted not to take it. Big Mistake!!
