We’ve had a lot of positive feedback on our infographics, so we’ve created a new one that simplifies some of the key milestones to come on our path to certification.:
As you can see, we are presently in the final membership push in the left column, and fast approaching the “closing date” of May 26, 2017. The total number of members enrolled in NPF by May 26 will be the final number we submit to the PSLREB with our application. New members can still join after that, but we’re hoping to get another serge to show the strength of your support – and your strong dissatisfaction with the current system – before the closing date.
Also in the next few weeks Treasury Board will indicate which regular member positions they consider “management” and therefore propose to exclude from the NPF. We will update you as that information becomes available as well as our arguments against those exclusions.
So, it’s as important as ever that your colleagues who’ve not yet joined consider signing up. Please share this news with them.
