National Police Federation Files Complaint with Labour Relations Board Claiming Communication Ban Prevents Members’ Ability to Meaningfully Organize

(GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The National Police Federation (NPF) today filed a complaint with the Public Service Labour Relations and Employment Board, claiming that restrictions on the use of internal RCMP email has interfered with its ability to meaningfully organize a representative employee organization.
