Les changements apport\u00e9s au processus de promotion, annonc\u00e9s le mois dernier par la GRC, comprenaient le passage de l&#8217;examen de l&#8217;exercice de simulation d&#8217;emploi (ESE) \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9ussite\/\u00e9chec et l&#8217;\u00e9limination des sept meilleures notes. Bien que cet examen soit d\u00e9j\u00e0 accept\u00e9, le processus pr\u00e9voyait auparavant que les sept meilleures notes \u00e9taient retenues pour la s\u00e9lection.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme vous le savez peut-\u00eatre, la FPN a signifi\u00e9 un avis de n\u00e9gociation au Conseil du Tr\u00e9sor du Canada au d\u00e9but de d\u00e9cembre 2024, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 le gel statutaire des conditions d&#8217;emploi. Cette modification du ESE pourrait constituer une violation du gel statutaire. La FPN a inform\u00e9 la GRC qu&#8217;ils allaient d\u00e9poser une plainte pour pratique d\u00e9loyale de travail aupr\u00e8s de la la Commission des relations de travail et de l\u2019emploi dans le secteur public f\u00e9d\u00e9ral (CRTESPF), \u00e0 moins qu&#8217;il n&#8217;y soit rem\u00e9di\u00e9.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s avoir fait part de nos pr\u00e9occupations \u00e0 la GRC et apr\u00e8s plusieurs discussions avec la direction de la GRC, la GRC est revenue au processus initial, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire que toutes les possibilit\u00e9s de promotion affich\u00e9es continueront d&#8217;utiliser les sept meilleures notes pour pr\u00e9s\u00e9lectionner les candidats.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant un gel statutaire, il est essentiel qu&#8217;aucun changement ne soit apport\u00e9 \u00e0 vos conditions d&#8217;emploi sans un engagement significatif de la part de la FPN. La FPN et la GRC se r\u00e9uniront au d\u00e9but du mois de mars pour discuter des moyens possibles d&#8217;apporter les changements n\u00e9cessaires au syst\u00e8me de promotion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous encourageons les membres \u00e0 continuer \u00e0 soulever ces questions aupr\u00e8s de leurs repr\u00e9sentants locaux (RL) afin que nous puissions continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre efficacement leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats.
