Survey – Share Your Thoughts on Bargaining:
In anticipation of certification, the NPF is conducting research to ensure we hear from members and your priorities for future collective bargaining. We will be sending a link to a “bargaining survey” to all registered members of the NPF. The survey will begin on Tuesday, April 16 and be open until April 30. Watch for your invite in your email and make your voice heard.
Please note this bargaining survey will only be available to registered members of the NPF. So please let your colleagues know they can only participate if they join the NPF before midnight EDT Saturday April 13.
The results of this survey, your emails on the subject and feedback from future town hall presentations will form the basis of our bargaining position and ultimately the NPF proposal to Treasury Board.
Chapter 2 Rights and Responsibilities Handbook:
This second chapter is now available, and it explains member rights and responsibilities specifically regarding “Interim Administrative Measures” such as suspension, reassignment or stoppage of pay and allowances during the conduct process. You can read the Chapter here (Link). Further chapters on several other topics will follow, keep an eye out for them.
Only NPF members receive interesting and notable updates and links to our evolving Rights and Responsibilities Handbook so please share these and the benefits of membership with your colleagues.
In the meantime, here are three other things you can do to help.
