Chapter 4 Rights and Responsibilities Handbook:
The fourth chapter of our Rights and Responsibilities Handbook is now complete and posted. It explains member rights and responsibilities specifically regarding “Conduct Meetings” at the conclusion of a Code of Conduct Investigation. You can read the Chapter here (Link). Further chapters on several other topics will follow, so please keep an eye out for them.
Over the last 2 weeks of April, thousands of you completed the NPF Bargaining survey. We thank you for your input. The results show that pay, resource levels and supplemental benefits are clear areas that need to be addressed in future bargaining. This information will be invaluable as we head into bargaining our first collective agreement.
Only NPF members receive interesting and notable updates and links to our evolving Rights and Responsibilities Handbook so please share these and other benefits of membership with your colleagues
Also, our new website will launch soon with a “Members Only” access area. All registered NPF members chose a username and password when they initially joined NPF.
